Intro

Spoiler alert: I do not have children.. I have never had children, but I want children someday. However, you need to find a suitor...which is the hard part.

I am just a 25 year old female trying to find the future father of my future children.

Everyone knows that dating is so screwed up. Everyone is afraid to get hurt, nobody takes chances, men are afraid of women, hurting their feelings or being rejected, and women are constantly told we are the weaker sex so we associate men, being the more dominant of sexes, to have the balls to say something to us.

However, men do not say anything to us, and women don't say anything to men, so people are going about their day with a bunch of feelings, but nobody is saying anything to each other. Then, when someone DOES say something to another person, it is absolute horse shit; or, when someone does say something, it is from the comfort of their own home, behind the protection of a computer or phone screen.

Nowadays, we have the Internet...Tinder, OkCupid, PlentyOfFish, etc. So nobody meets organically anymore. Jokes and sarcasm are not easily conveyed via social media, nobody understands how to formulate proper sentences, and you can kiss spelling goodbye.

This blog will take you through past relationships, present relationships, past sexual encounters and dates that will make you cringe, past conversations with men on the internet, and all future conversations with men on the internet. No censorship and no editing of words; these stories are all true as I am female. I have many screenshots of the men who have harassed me, called me names, and those who were just down-right obnoxious as proof that this cannot be made up.

The point to this whole blog is as follows:
Someday, I will have children, and I want them to read this blog so that they can see how much absolute bullshit and nonsense I had to go through to find a meaningful relationship. So without further explanation: This is the story of How I Met Your Father.
